Moved to ProtonPass from 1Password as I was already paying for the Proton suite. Overall, behaves decently. There's a few features I miss from 1Password, such as QR code scanning for OTP, and automatically recognizing a website's password requirements (although I prefer Proton's long text slugs, not all websites will accept them), and linking identities together, e.g. OAuth logins, or linking certain accounts to my entries for my YubiKeys. The integration with PassMail is *chef's kiss* though.

It's so nearly perfect.
I've come from Bitwarden and have been enjoying the whole Proton Suite, but Pass is missing 1 feature that i think should be mandatory in any password manager - When generating a password, let me pick a minimum amount required of Numbers and Special characters - With bitwarden i could ask it to make a pass containing at least 10 of each if i wanted.
This would easily be a 5 star if it had feature parity

On majority of websites when selecting text with a double tap and slide downwards/rightways, the website jumps (scrolls) up suddenly when the extension is enabled. Also there is no real autofill when the extension is unlocked, always have to select login entry.

Functionality is mostly smooth and good, except for a few pages where user/pw fields are not correctly detected. An autosave-option for passwords created but not saved would be great. My main point for criticism is that the only ways to lock the addon are to either use an (only) 6-digit PIN, or to entirely log out of the proton account. I guess that the former option was provided to allow quick access, however, it is very unsafe in my opinion - I would prefer to have the choice to use e.g. longer PINs or an aaddon-password, etc. ...

Overall, Very good password manager, but it's not perfect. Sometimes it autofills wrong, doesn't pop up, or pops up in inconvenient or annoying ways, but what can you do?

Proton products are solid, and I use almost all of them.

I would have given 5 stars, but credit card field autofill still doesn’t work — even though Proton Pass has supported saving cards for over a year now.
Everything else works really well, but this missing feature is quite frustrating for daily use. Hoping it gets implemented soon!

Nearly perfect. The only missing feature (for me) is the ability to merge imported passwords.

Used RoboForm for years and while I'd say it performs better, ProtonPass is catching up in regards to compatibility and what not. I switched because I already pay for Proton stuff and felt silly paying for 2 password managers. I highly recommend Proton for web services(email, VPN, etc).

The sharing functionality could be more useful - I cannot see some fields (TOTP, custom fields, etc) in items shared to me by a paid user unless I am also a paid user. Otherwise it works great and is a solid privacy-respecting password manager!

A few features are missing compared to Firefox's native password manager. The most relevant ones for me are a) keyboard shortcuts, and b) credential fields that are more than email-password pairs (e.g. AWS login that requires an Account ID, IAM Username, and Password)

Proton Pass it's a really good product but for it to be a flawless, five stars add-on it should allow a full 100% featured (minus sync, obviously) offline usage.

Great extension. The only reason I leave 4 star is because of the annoying pop-up to rate the extension.
