Still displays "Native app is not available". Tried hard to find any information in extension settings but there is nothing about it :-(

Elsewhere on this page, the developer has announced this extension is discontinued:

"Sorry to announce but Ant Video downloader is discontinued and will no longer be updated. Support is closed."

It requires you to install a shady desktop program for it to work. What's the point of installing a web extension then...

Das Addon funktioniert nicht mehr und lädt auch keine Videos mehr herunter.

Useless, You Tube/Google no longer alows downloading, even where it's perfectly legal, under juristiction.

Do not use, BS should be able to download out of the box or get go, needing to download another program which my virus scanner blows up about is suspect.

It always fails to download videos so it's completely useless.

The menus are very complicated to understand, why not make a simple button that you click to download in the highest possible definition ?
It's weird to torture your mind with so many useless options.
And on top of that, once you've passed the difficult stage of the menus, it doesn't work, it answers an incomprehensible error message. We even wonder if this module understands itself why it exists.
Only one possible punishment : self-destruction.
